Ultraviolet Light Pilot Module UV100

Module consists of three UV systems: one UVC LED system at 280nm and two mercury systems at 253.7nm.  The system types are on separate flow paths with individual flow control. Both flow paths are fed from a feed tank equipped with chemical injections and mixing that is perfect for pathogen spiking if so desired. The LED system is automatically controlled based on customer inputs of desired UV Dose and UV transmittance. The mercury systems will also adjust their power based on flowrate. Other features include superior on-board process diagnostics, automatic data logging of key parameters, secure remote monitoring and control over the internet, and email alarm notification.
